Returns Policy

As a retailer receiving goods from us, please check you are happy with all goods supplied and contact us at your soonest convenience should there be any issues with any items received on your orders.

Please contact the sales office before returning any goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items within 30 days of delivery to the end user: Return shipping costs from the original delivery address will be covered, and either a full refund, credit or replacement will be issued.

Faulty or Damaged Items over 30 days of delivery to the end user: If the product is sold with warranty, we will cover the cost to return from the original delivery address and repair in first instance or replace if this is not possible. This is then returned to the original delivery address.

Unwanted Items: Returns for items no longer required are not guaranteed beyond 30 days from delivery. If accepted, a 10–20% handling fee will apply, along with a deduction for return shipping costs.

If a retailer ships goods outside the UK - we can only send replacement parts to a UK address.
